Cherry Bombe Cookbook!
My favorite indie food magazine Cherry Bombe has now come out with a cookbook! Having always been a fan of this revolutionary magazine, I loved seeing how the writers, Kerry Diamond and Claudia Wu, have brought their effortless style into the kitchen. I am a big fan of Kerry Diamond, and I recently posted a picture on Instagram with her when we went to lunch at Roberta's Pizza. Over heavenly, traditional NYC slices, Kerry shared her thoughts on the book's origin and its best qualities. Stemming from the magazine's focus on highlighting powerful female chefs (nicknamed the "Bombe Squad"), the book is a compilation of the "Bombe Squad's" favorite recipes, featuring the favorite recipes of 100 women. The book includes a complete culinary spectrum with everything from spins on old classics to new ways to integrate unordinary ingredients into your daily repertoire.
I am super excited to make the Coconut Curry, Tahini Sweet Potatoes, and of course-- the iconic Bombe! Keep an eye out for these dishes when you receive your own copy!
